While waiting for my GM to sign the certificate during a long lunch break today, i 'm blogging again. Havent blogging for a few day since busy with coordinating for my program last wed until today.Finally.. Alhamdunillah thank to Allah, i already meet the KPI for coordinating MIB this year. The one left for MIB Programme will be conduct in end of July and if it's running smoothly it will be bonus to me.
Yesterday we bought a bike to start our exercise programme. Finally now after teringin + determination to get slim and Carefour sale we manage to buy it at price RM199.Yesterday night i already burn 300 kalories. So this morning already start my exercise to burn 50 kalories. Hopefully today i can burn min 500 kalories and reach 100 cal burning just like kak Nad.
A few days ago i received a bad new from akak.. i dont why this thing happen. Farah car road tax cant be renew because Alin court case. Actually my brother had been caught during his primary school sbb bawa motor x pakai topi kaledar & takde lesen+ he accidentally felt down in front of the police officer. The police officer brought him back to home. If i'm not mistaken mmg ada surat sekali jer yg minta alin pergi court / kena saman (not sure which one), but Abah just ignore it...Nasib baiklah kes ni tak naik waktu alin nak pergi study..Alahmdunillah i really thanks Allah for this. If not maybe urusan biasiswa JPA akan ada masalah.
I tried a few option, havent told akak yet, 1) rental a kancil with cost RM 1.2 k + 500 (if anything happen). 2) get a new car or 3) just let Farah drive the car with high risk
Talking about abah, havent seen him almost 2 month sbb abah busy with outstation + his wife (which is not my Mak ).I always pray that Allah give me strength for this TEST and hopefully ada hikmah that i will discover later.
Abg already got new hair cream to nourish his hair which cost him RM 60 after less 20%..Hopefully by 2 weeks we will see the result.
