purposely nak buat entry pasal ELKEN MRT Product.. Have been introduce by Masraha (My unimate) .. & skrg ni tgh proses menggunakannya. Started Sat ( 8 Sep 07 -Night supplemen with abang.

step 1) Beli ELKEN Penapis Air : Kos 3650.00 ( deduct trade in RX RM 400, so pay RM 3250.00
Step 2 ) Beli Lactose S, IG6, Spirulina, Live Extra, Ectas-C250,EPA etc = RM 3950.00

Lebih kurang RM 7000 spend for Initial Capital.
Skrg ni aku & Abg tgh track kesannya.

1) Dari segi detox, dh dua hari ni ada improvement.. (fist day sikit tapi keras, today banyak, not so keras but still smelly)
2)According to Abg, berat takde effect cuma portion lemak tu kian menurun..aku akan check mine nanti ekk.

3) Tido: dah takde bangun malam.. tido pun lena..alhamdunillah.

Jakarta Trip

Our trip to Jakarta.. So great..walaupun Abg said Jakarta is nothing, but for me i really feel good bcoz away from the office for a while..Hehehe..:) Kira consider makan free ler sbb food, ticket, accommodation sponsor by the vendor. So we only have to pay our accomodation for 2 night + food for 2 days and jalan - jalan cerita.
Talking about shopping, Jakarta takde benda pun, but we happen to have trip to Bandung. So many factory outlet there.. unforgettable the Rumah Moda.. i manage to bu some sov for adik - adik ..
In Jakarta quite hard to search for sov unlike Bali which we have been there for last 2 years ago. So ingatkkan nak beli baju utk abah kat airport, tp mak aiiiii mahal sbb semua pakai USD

Upcoming Event

Yup we will be going to Jakarta. Abang have to do some FAT there. Our flight tomorrow 1 pm. Jakarta time will be late 1 hour from Malaysia. Alhamdunillah, rezeki dr Ilahi dpt jugak kami menjejakkan kaki ke bumi Jakarta.
In Conjunction with that it also our 3 rd aniversary. It had been three years already.. This morning read some articles our many marriage split after 2 nd year in Middle East.. So scared to read that. Hopefully my marriage will be forever..Amin..
Today, read about one of my senior smas / uniten pass away.. bone cancer.. He pass away after do his umrah..Al-Fatihah..Moga rohnya termasuk dlm golongan soleh..Amin.

day two of miss P

Today is my 2nd day of period.. alhamdunillah the cyle went shorter eventhough i'm not taking any clomid & the menses blood is a lot..but not yet got the period pain..sakit - sakit perut jer adalah sbb semalam mkn nasi + pizza n chicken wing at night.
Abg as usual busy with his work as a project engineer. coming soon he will be going to Jakarta for some FAT. Erm good chances for me to go since i'm not yet going to Jakarta. The only one that i have been currently was Bali for our honeymoon.
This morning, i started my fast diet for only drinking water. so target will do that until 3rd of August. Hopefully I CAN DO IT. And also start jogging for my own health. the sengseh that i went ask me to jog a lot if not i will become much more fatter in the future since my hormon is nt stabil.
Last night i had a very strange dream, somebody is giving me a handphone number. wondering whose number it's belong & why it came to m dream.
Besides that, i also starting taking my body basal temperature this morning. dont know why, but currently i notice i awake at 5.30 am. maybe Allah has help me to wake up early than my normal time.:)

Try out Chinese Herb

As per my promise to my self end of december last year, i promise that if i cant conceive until June, i will try this chinese herb. Since there's a lot of picture taken for the evidence , many people try out & they success to conceive.The reason why i take a long time to think & make decision, is because it to expensive for this medicine. Hopefully Allah will help me this time. Ameen...
Total cost for these medicine RM 838.00..( for myself it cost RM588 while for my hubby the medicine cost RM 250)che..very expensive. .
